KRR Winter BBQ
KRR Winter BBQ

Kandos and Rylstone’s Community Radio (KRR 98.7 FM) held its mid-winter BBQ on Saturday, July 8 and members and their families got a chance to try out the newly refurbished meeting room which became a dining area for the day. The new additions were much appreciated and gave everyone the option of enjoying their meal in a warm spot away from the cool July breeze outside. Following the lunch, President, Brent Barlow congratulated presenters on their diverse range of programs, “Our community is very fortunate to have such a great range of music along with information on bands and performers that many of you provide to our listeners.

I know that I learn heaps about songs and musicians when I listen in. KRR is much appreciated by the local community and listeners from across the region, so a big thank you to all our volunteers.”
