The 41-36 victory came off the back of a complete performance in the second quarter, where they locked Country Physio out completely while bagging ten points themselves through Dylan Smith, Lachlan Westwood, Fletcher Rawlinson and Andrew Channon.
Country Physio were leading after the first break, 13-10, and were stunned by the 10 point swing.
It was the only quarter that The Reds outscored their opponents, but the second-quarter blitz was enough.
Their defence kept the lead to a single point heading into the last quarter of the match, but they avoided the capitulation of their tenuous lead in the run-in, despite three triples from Jim Disher for Country Physio, and they claimed the reserve grade championship.
The Reds scorers: Dylan Smithson 20, Lachlan Westwood 13, Andrew Channon 5.
Country Physio scorers: Jim Disher 17, Bata Tsamba 7, Lachlan Mitchell 6.
