There were question marks over Coleman's availability because of a thumb injury but the Wallabies will stick with an identical team to the one that accounted for Wales in Cardiff last Saturday.

Coleman trained fully on Thursday with the squad and gave his troublesome thumb a good workout during the session at the Lensbury.

It is possible Coleman could be ruled out at the last minute but the towering second-rower has been named to start alongside Rob Simmons.

"He is not at 100 per cent, I would be lying if I said he was 100 and you know I never lie," Cheika said. "I would say he got through today pretty good, better than I thought, and we would not pick him if we did not think he could do his job. He is a tough lad."

Cheika will deploy the same Wallabies back line to try to keep his team's prolific point-scoring run going when they take on England this weekend.

Karmichael Hunt will again have to wait his turn for a starting gig, with Samu Kerevi to hold on to the No.12 jersey for the third match in a row.

The Wallabies will be hoping he can be a handful with his damaging ball carries when he comes up against England's recalled inside-centre Owen Farrell.

"Karmichael had more of challenge last week but he and Samu did a nice job between two of them," Cheika said. "Karmichael had been injured a fair bit and had not played a lot of footy before the tour. I am a big fan of his. The more time he gets the better he is going to be."

Once again, Kurtley Beale has been tasked with steering the ship from the back, in what will be his longest run of consecutive games at fullback for the Wallabies since 2012.

Another player who featured against England last year, Will Genia, was named in the starting XV and Wallabies assistant coach Stephen Larkham said he had been playing very well of late.

"They [Beale and Genia] have been tremendous this year," Larkham said. "The confidence that they give the other players on the field is something that can't be measured.

"Kurtley's been man-of-the-match in a couple of games and Willie Genia got a man of the match last week. They've been outstanding."

Meanwhile, England have left Maro Itoje on the bench in a surprising decision.

"It's just looking after the players," said England coach Eddie Jones. "He'll play part of the game this week, he might play a lot of the game this week. Just because he's starting on the bench doesn't mean he can't play 79 minutes, there's no reason why he can't."

Cheika said: '"Itoje is a fine player and I am sure he will play a big part in the game at some point".

Cheika refrained from laying into Jones, saying he was looking forward to seeing him after the match.

"We get [the] same questions every time," Cheika said. "There will be a few more encounters I hope. I have not spoke to him much this week, have not had a chance, but afterwards it will be nice to catch up and say hello."

Aussie winger Koroibete will be a bit of an unknown quantity for the English, having made his debut against Argentina in Canberra only two months ago.

"He's been our defender of the week internally, so he's doing a great job defensively and we can see what he can do when he gets the ball," Larkham said. "He's very comfortable out there now. He was pretty unsure of himself at the start of this international season and now that he's been out on the field for a couple of games, I think he's very comfortable with the combinations."

In the forwards, the same front row of Scott Sio, Tatafu Polota-Nau and Sekope Kepu will be out for revenge, while Ned Hanigan, Michael Hooper and Sean McMahon are set to line up as they did at Principality Stadium.

Cheika has named an extended bench and will drop one player off on Friday after Australia's captain's run.
