Twenty-two Mudgee swimmers visited the two-day event, ranging from six-year-old Ed McGilvray to 14-year-old Imogen Kearins. Individual highlights included seven-year-old Emmerson Colley’s 25m backstroke, which earned her first place and a new meet record.
Throughout Dubbo’s event, Mudgee accrued 25 firsts, 24 seconds and 15 third placings.
Tom Hawkins achieved a Country Championship qualifying time for 100m freestyle, while Imogen Kearins broke meet records in both the 100m backstroke and the 200m freestyle.
