Ethan Parsons, Drew Cini, Glenn Osgood, Jake Humphreys, Matthew Hundy and Nathan Annetts are set to feature in the side, as well as a host of players from the Blackheath Blackcats and Lithgow Bears.
East will clash with West, a side made up of the best players from Portland, Orange Barbarians and CSU Mungoes.
Parsons, who ran third in both points scored and tries scored, was close to an automatic selection as he turned in arguably the season of his career in the red and green.
Speaking of turning, Glenn Osgood and Nathan Annetts turned back the clock in 2018 as the two veteran forwards had a huge impact this season.
Drew Cini, who made an early-season switch from the Mudgee Dragons, immediately slotted into the fullback spot and showed why he’ll be a hot commodity in the coming years, displaying excellence composure at the back.
Matthew Hundy, who featured in the Mudgee Guardian’s top ten most influential New Era Cup players, was another easy selection for the side.
The lock forward led the Waratahs in runs and tackles throughout the season as his second-to-none work rate proved crucial towards the latter end of the season when the red and greens made a run towards the finals.
There’s still one other New Era Cup game to be played as Blackheath will host CSU in Saturday’s grand final.
