Second jersey donation for Mudgee Hospital

Mudgee Chamber of Commerce has donated a further $380 to Mudgee Hospital following the sale of the second signed NRL jersey.

The memento, supplied by the NRL Country Origin, was auctioned off online by MCC and delivered to the successful bidder from Lue – taking the total donated to $1,130.

The jersey was signed by the members of the Country origin representative outfit that played in the final match at Glen Willow, including try scorers Anthony Don and Adam Elliott, goalscorer Michael Gordon and teammates Cheyse Blair, Brian Kelly, Cody Walker, Tyrone Roberts, Dale Finucane, Damien Cook, Paul Vaughan, Tariq Sims, Kyle Turner, Jack De Belin, Connor Watson, Matt Prior and 18th man Daniel Alvaro, as well as the final Country captain Mitchell Aubusson.

The first jersey was won by Philip Mulley from Melbourne with the highest bid of $750.
