Mudgee Disability Support Service will present its own version of Mary Poppins, “Wind’s In the East, this Friday and Saturday at the Town Hall Theatre.
The performers have been working with program officer Ingrid Puxty to script and stage their follow-up to last year’s Alice in Wonderland.
After seeing Mudgee Performing Arts’ Aladdin pantomime, the performers were keen to take their own production to the Town Hall Theatre, so Mary Poppins will be presented on Mudgee’s premier stage.
The production will also feature the young singers from the Stepping Out glee club, dancers from REPS School of Dance, and cameos from Mudgee Performing Arts players Josh Hayward, Tyrolin Puxty and Sam Paine.
The performance on Friday, June 20, at 7pm is sold out but tickets are still available for the matinee at 1pm on Saturday, June 21.
Purchase your tickets online at http://www.trybooking.com/Event/EventListingURL.aspx?aid=20631 or call into 49 Lewis Street Mudgee.
There are no tickets at the door. Seats are limited.
