Sarah Conlon Lacaprara, aged 31, of Angus Avenue, Kandos, was charged with two counts of ‘Stalk/intimidate intend fear physical etc harm’, ‘Maliciously destroy or damage property’, and ‘Behave in offensive manner in/near public place’.
At about 8am on Friday, July 24, 2015, the two victims were in a vehicle parking in front of the Kandos Post Office as Lacaprara was riding past.
She then stopped and asked one of the victims what he was “looking at” and called him an obscenity, before racially abusing the other victim.
Lacaprara hit the door of the vehicle and attempted to open it, continued to verbally abuse the pair before throwing a handful of gravel at the windscreen causing some chips and cracks.
The incident only ended when the victims drove away.
Lacaprara’s solicitor, Alan Hogan, was granted leave to withdraw from representing her when she failed to appear in court.
