The teenager was arrested and charged on Saturday evening and has been conditionally bailed to appear before Mudgee Local Court on January 1.
"The teenager was involved in these senseless acts with a number of other offenders and inquiries are continuing in relation to the arrest of those responsible," Mudgee police posted to their Facebook page on Sunday.
"A recent meeting of concerned residents resulted in numerous members of the local community attending to voice their concern about the recent events in their town.
"Police still want people who have knowledge of these events to come forward and support their local officers. With your help we can prosecute the remaining offenders."
No-one has been charged with the second break, enter and steal on the sporting club on December 11 that resulted in five carts being stolen and two of them being destroyed by fire.
