Ms Hooper’s project, housed online at www.themudgeeproject.com.au, is to take 52 photos of Mudgee over the course of a year, publishing an image every week depicting different aspects of her home town.
“The Mudgee Project combines both my passion for photography and my love of Mudgee,” Ms Hooper said.
“I have always loved taking photographs here, and even developed my initial interest in photography through taking photography subjects at Mudgee High School.”
The Cudgegong Camera Club will meet at 7pm on Tuesday October 2, upstairs at Club Mudgee.
Everyone is welcome to attend and hear about Amber’s interesting project.
