Four Bunnings Mudgee team members travelled to the Centre to repaint the hall, to brighten up the area after the Sir Ivan fire.
Vice president of the Not for Profit Turill Community Centre, Susan Lamplugh said it was wonderful to have the Bunning’s team come out.
“Along with a few committee members we painted the front of the hall within an inch of its life,” she said.
Now that the hall has been rejuvenated, the community centre is set to host a post fire function on April 1.
“It’s for the people of Turill and Uarbry at no cost to them. We don't want them to have to put their hands in their pockets,” Mrs Lamplugh said
“We’ve been approaching businesses in Mudgee to supply food and items to be used as lucky door prizes. Needless to say many business' have been very generous,” she said. Entertainers Jessica Games and Bob Stone and Crew have donated their services for the evening at no cost.
