The Alcohol and Drug Foundation’s Good Sports program works in communities to make sports clubs safe and healthy.
Kathy Lang, association secretary, said that Good Sports was helping to promote positive messages and examples around alcohol.
“We, at Mudgee Touch, can see the benefits of being part of this program.”
“It will refocus our committee on the best things in our sport and is giving us the positive framework to encourage inclusion of all members of our community,” she said.
