This year’s beneficiaries are LIVIN, an organisation that raises awareness for mental health and suicide prevention by promoting it's message "It Ain't Weak to Speak".
First up on Sunday at Billy Dunn Oval in Gulgong are the Falcons ladies team who take on Dubbo City Rangers at 9am, men’s fourths play Macquarie United at 11am, and thirds face RSL 78s at 1pm.
There will be a whole host of fundraising activities on and off the field, with a number of Falcons players prepared to go above and beyond to raise donations (more information to come).

The event follows the successful 2016 charity day for the McGrath Foundation.
