A light dusting fell at Titania Estate south-east of Oberon overnight to Friday morning, but there wasn’t a snowfall in town.
A heavy frost was reported, however, particularly on the eastern side of town.
It followed a freezing day in Oberon on Thursday where the maximum was only a handful of degrees above zero, though it felt like it was below zero.
Oberon got a big snowfall in late June last year and another in early August.
