
The 2017 Mudgee Motorfest Car and Bike Spectacular is just a week away and they’re aiming sky-high with some big additions.

The now bi-annual event, presented by local club the Cudgegong Cruisers Inc, returns on Saturday, November 11, to the Mudgee Showground.
Mudgee’s own motocross master and Nitro Circus rider, Steve Mini, is on board for the 2017 event.
He will be performing two freestyle motocross shows at 11.15am and 2pm in the Showground Arena.
Also new for this year is ‘The Great Eskypade’, motorised esky competition, which will take a time-trial format.
They’ll join Motorfest favourites such as the Show 'N' Shine, the opportunity to get up close beautiful and rare vehicles with owners competing for trophies on offer.
The engine building competition (for those who reckon they’re pretty handy on the tools), Mudgee and Districts 4x4 Club will return with a display, and more.
Children will be catered for as well with a Billy Cart/Push Car/Pedal Car display and a jumping castle and face painting.
And for the young competitive members of the family there is always the push car race or the Tappet Cover racing.
Given that the event is on November 11 a small Remembrance Day service will be held at 11am, so those in attendance can pay their respects.
Onsite catering is available all day, they’ll be music along with motor related movies on the club’s big screen.
The weekend is rounded off with a Sunday morning cruise around the Mudgee district, finishing up at the Gulgong Swap Meet.
