That was the message from Westpac Mudgee Bank on Thursday as part of Customer Appreciation Day.
The Mudgee branch used the day to launch #safe4summer a Westpac awareness campaign to promote the importance of water safety around the nation and keeping kids safe during the holiday period.

At the branch, bank manager Viv Schwebel introduced the Westpac Rescue Rashie, a sun-safe rash shirt printed with CPR instructions for children aged 2 to 8 which was developed in partnership with paediatric CPR training experts, CPR Kids.
Sarah Hunstead- Paediatric Nurse & Founding Director of CPR Kids explained the Rescue Rashie makes CPR instructions accessible.
"Rescue Rashie puts CPR instructions right in front of you. Your hands need to be on that child’s chest exactly where those instructions are, that’s how we save lives."
