The 164-run win was made easier by a monster effort from Mitchell Sandry (60) who helped his side to a massive total (225) in the opening innings which stretched for all 40 overs.
Donald Hearn (49) and Guarav Sharma (41) also had cracker days with the bat as the pair combined for over a handful of boundaries.
Chasing 225 is difficult in the best of situations but it was made almost impossible for Lawson Park after its first three batsmen were bowled for just 10 runs.
James Fisher (3-21) took two of the first three wickets in what ended up being a strong eight overs of work.
Lawson Park stood at 6-27 when Rod Moore was caught, meaning a third wicket for Fisher and a steeper hill for them to climb.
Will Suttor (30) was by far the best in the second innings as he hit two fours and a six from the 8th spot in the order.
Frappell (2-10) dismissed Suttor before bowling Rob Dowell for the win.
