Parking Impossible
Who would have thought, on a very chilly, winter, Sunday morning Rylstone’s, Louee street would be packed? The Sunday markets drew a great crowd with fifteen stalls and a Kandos High band, entertaining the crowd.
A full range of foods, preserves, clothing and services attracted people to the special ambiance of the Globe Hotel beer garden. Congratulations to the hardy souls that set up their stalls when the temperature was four degrees!
Rylstone Public School
The school Athletics Carnival.
It was held at Kandos Sports Ground and this year Ms Burns organised the entire day. Everyone who attended commented on what a great day they had….in spite of the cold and damp!
Thank you to the teachers and parent helpers. You were amazing.
Congratulations Ms Burns on an excellent job! Thank you for your hard work in successfully organising the day!
Zone Cross Counrty
Thank you very much to all of the people who made our Zone Cross Country event so successful. It is always a fun day with hundreds of runners from all over the district. The new course proved popular with the runners.
Thank you to the P&C for their catering on the day, also Mid Western Council and the Rylstone Club for assisting with the venue. We were also lucky enough to have the services of the local Volunteer Rescue Squad who helped us out with first aid and traffic control. Thanks to the children from Kandos High.
