Pink boots worn by Bill Lawson and Peter Mitchell were made for walking, and they sure could not be missed.
Both Bill Lawson and Peter Mitchell were dressed to the nines in pink, wearing some merchandise, a pink hat, with all proceeds raised donated to the McGrath Foundation for awareness of breast cancer.
A total of $4,593 was raised on the day as part of Pink Up Mudgee.
Pink Up Mudgee has been a hugely adopted celebration of breast cancer awareness across Mudgee.
In its third year, Mudgee has been host to a total of 180 businesses and organisations turn pink in 2018.
Pink Up Mudgee Coordinator Hugh Bateman, said it’s always great to see members of the community take part in the awareness program.
“Every year it becomes a bit of fun, competition, and a lot of enjoyment for those involved, and it’s all for breast care.”

Pink Up Mudgee will draw to a close on October, 31, 2018, with the town to transform once again next year.
