Women aged 14 and above are needed to make up the eleven player team.
2019 North West Falcons FC vice president Makayla Lillyst says there’s a lot of benefits associated with playing the sport.
“Soccer is a great sport to be involved in for fitness, learning a new skill or developing further skill as well as social aspects,” she said.
We’ve all become great friends within the team competing competitively and have a lot of fun no matter the outcome.

The team, who play in the Dubbo competition, has been made up of athletes from Kandos, Coolah, Mudgee, Gulgong and Dubbo right from the beginning.
“We’ve always been told by far travelers that our positive atmosphere and friendship has attracted them,” Lillyst said.
“The competitions are challenging and competitive, but we’ve always faced them with good spirits.
“In 2016 we made it to the semi finals, placing 2nd after a score of 1-0 against a Dubbo team.
We are a welcoming and friendly group of girls who will try and help anyone to achieve their goals within the team.
Training is held once a week at Billy Dunn Oval, Gulgong.
