Gulgong lawn bowls member and Glencore employee Neville Buckley says it's important to have the right tools for the job.
"We have decided to give the students lawn bowl sets that are more suitable to the size of their hands to make it easier for them to play," Buckley said.
If they can't hold the properly, they can't learn properly. It's the right tool for the job.

The Gulgong school now play lawn bowls as a chosen sport, and Buckley says it's all about encouraging kids to give the sport a go.
"We're trying to encourage kids to play lawn bowls," he said.
"If you have 20 bowlers, you might get two or three who will keep playing and that's great.
"I've noticed a lack of junior numbers in the sport and I'm in the process of changing that."
