Update:
A 42-year-old man from Ulan has been charged with two offences relating to a fatal accident on Spring Road on August 17.
The man was charged with 'dangerous driving occasioning death' and 'negligent driving occasioning death'.
He was granted conditional bail to appear at Mudgee Local Court on Wednesday, September 4.
Police say the man was interviewed following the crash and that police obtained a version of events from him and are conducting a forensic examination relating to the manner of driving.

A female cyclist has died following a crash in Yarrawonga near Mudgee on August 17.
At approximately 9am on Saturday, a pair of cyclists were travelling west along Spring Creek Road, about 12 kilometres from Gulgong, when a utility and the female cyclist collided, knocking her to the ground.

The 52-year-old woman died at the scene while her male companion was not injured.
The driver and sole occupant of the utility, was taken to hospital suffering shock.
Officers from Orana Mid-Western Police District attended and established a crime scene.
Officers from the Bathurst Crash Investigation Unit are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Police are urging anyone who witnessed this incident, or who may have dashcam footage, to come forward.
