ULAN Water Pty Ltd is a small but niche business located just 40-minute south to the township of Mudgee.
Ulan Water has a fleet of mine specified water trucks and machinery which provides a range of services to the local mining and domestic industry.
Operations manager Mathew Buchanan said the company also offers some minor civil works, road maintenance, dust suppression, truck-dog hire, all wet plant hire, ground maintenance, labour hire and all property maintenance services.
Offering a variety of products and services, Ulan Water specialises in being a supplier and licenced carter of drinking water with water cartage capabilities of up to 30,000 litres.
"Ulan Water is an approved drinking water supplier and carter with the NSW Health Department," Mathew said.
"Our drinking water is transported in food grade stainless tanks which is required for the supply of quality drinking water.
"We are a small but unique business - I began the business with a view to challenge myself," Mathew said, adding the company has recently been involved in a number of sponsorships involving local community events.
