David Cookson, Mel Westaway, Tanya Seis and Maddison Seis took out the cattle section.
"Saturday conditions were extremely difficult with gale force winds and heavy dust," MADWEQ publicity officer Megan Tanti said.
Club stalwart Syd Harder had to take extreme measures to combat the wind, with a large number of sand bags made up to hold gear in place.
