If you've been outside recently - for essential reasons of course - you could have been excused for being worried you're going a bit stir crazy after witnessing a man walking his green, 7-foot-tall dinosaur around the streets of Mudgee.
You can rest easy about going crazy at least for now, because you weren't seeing things. The dinosaur and sometimes Incredible Hulk combo is Cait Nyree Bowman-Taylor and her fiance Jerry Vandenbosch.
The Mudgee Guardian reached out to Cait to find out why she's getting about town in a giant dino costume.
Cait said her and Jerry were going for a walk and she thought it might be fun to don the costume in the hopes of making someone smile.

"I've had it since about November last year and I do cosplay and other dress up..." Cait said.
"It makes me really happy. I feel amazing about it and I've had so many people stop and wave or take pictures. Just seeing how happy I made people made my day all the more better, if I can make one person smile a day I'm happy."
Getting out and making people smile is something Cait said does to help manage her mental health. "He [Jerry] has a great sense of humor about it and helps come up with some of our more wacky ideas. Last week I wore the costume and he dressed as the Hulk to go shopping in woolies." Cait said.
"I think at this point he just puts up with me now because i do all different costumes and joins in where he can. Why sit around all gloomy complaining about something you can't control when you can have fun with people you rarely get time with?"
"My partner and i see each other for maybe two hours a night so we are taking full advantage of the fact that we both have no work."
