A man has been charged after a fatal crash near Mudgee earlier this year.

Just after 6pm on Monday, January 20, emergency services were called to Guntawang Road, Galambine, north of Mudgee, after reports a Ford Territory SUV and a small truck had collided.
Despite the efforts of NSW Ambulance paramedics, a 34-year-old woman, who was a passenger in the SUV, died at the scene.
The 30-year-old man who was driving the SUV and another 23-year-old female passenger were treated and taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The truck driver, a 55-year-old man, was not injured.
Officers from the Crash Investigation Unit investigated the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Following inquiries, investigators arrested the 30-year-old driver of the SUV at a home in Mudgee just after 11am on Friday.
He was taken to Mudgee Police Station, where he was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death by driving in a dangerous manner, negligent driving occasioning death, two counts of causing bodily harm by misconduct while in charge of a motor vehicle, and negligent driving without causing death or grievous bodily harm.
The man was granted strict conditional bail and is due to appear before Mudgee Local Court on Wednesday, June 17.
