Last week, Grace Quinn who this year would have been playing her last stint in the under 18s Mudgee Dragons women's side, shared a video of her home workouts that was posted to the Western Women's Rugby League Facebook page.
Since it was uploaded on May 6, the video has been watched just under 500 times.
Quinn admits that the lack of footy this year has been particularly difficult, but she says the hardest part is not getting the social interaction.
"It's been hard. My friends and I all love our footy. The delay has meant we have had to work on our skills and fitness in whatever way we can, but I think not seeing my friends has been the hardest part about the delayed season," she said.
"Not knowing when we will return is quite difficult.
"I understand what is happening and want everyone to be safe, but I would be thrilled if league was to go ahead."
It was Quinn's coach, Hayley Joseph who initially got the tape rolling, suggesting a workout video that will "motivate people to stay active in a safe way".

While there are likely to be more uploads from other players, Quinn says there are a lot of inspirational women out there who thrive to help others keep motivated.
"Jess Skinner and the Western Rams girls that have lots of ideas on how to stay fit and motivated during this time," Grace said.
"I have had a few friends who also motivate me who are keen to stay fit.
"I'm sure there will be more videos as time goes on from other athletes helping to advertise safe exercise."
