Officers attached to the Orana Mid-Western Police District stopped the vehicle at 12.25am on Saturday, May 9 due to her car not having working rear lights.
The 23-year-old woman returned a roadside breath test.
She was then arrested and taken to Mudgee Police Station where a breath analysis returned an alleged reading of 0.192.
The woman is due to appear in Mudgee Local Court in August.
In a separate incident in Bathurst a woman aged in her 20s has blown nearly seven-times the legal limit after being spotted driving erratically.
