The more-than 20 installations are part of the ongoing partnership between Mid-Western Regional Council and the annual Sculptures in the Garden event.
"It is so disappointing to see artworks in Lawson's Park Sculpture Walk damaged by vandalism," Kay Norton-Knight, SIG founder and curator, said.
"This is terribly frustrating for both the public who enjoy these works of art in the community and also for the artist whose hard work and livelihood has been damaged by such a senseless act.
"We hope that any future behaviour of this kind can be discouraged and that the wellbeing of the community can be front of mind for all."

The piece that had been vandalised, which was added to the Sculpture Walk last year, is called 'Flame Within' and was created by artist Richard Nagel from locally sourced, recycled farm machinery and sandstone.
And was inspired by the drought, its affect on farmers, and the resilience Australian farmers have to keep on fighting comes from a flame within their soul.
It received the Sculptures in the Garden 2018 Moolarben Acquisition Prize and was installed next to the corner of Costigan Circuit and Loy Avenue.
A statement from Mid-Western Regional Council read that they are "extremely frustrated by the senseless vandalism of a Lawson Park sculpture".
"Acts such as these show a complete disrespect not only for community facilities but the sculptor, community groups and local businesses that work together to install these pieces for the enjoyment of our community," it continued.
"Vandalism costs Council and the community thousands of dollars each year."
