Too very little surprise, Mudgee golfers dominated the results despite Hunter Valley's Corey Lamb taking out the Open with 139, followed up by fellow-Mudgee goer, Mark Hale with 142.
In an earlier interview with the Mudgee Guardian, Mudgee Golf Club pro Peter Mayson said this year's Open was the biggest to date with numbers having to be capped at 240.
"It happens to be the biggest year we've seen in the last 20 years. This is probably one of the strongest fields we've had too with over 40 people playing off less than four, so this year's event will be one of the tightest and busiest events we've had in the last 90 years," MGC Pro Peter Mayson said.
Golfers came from places of the likes of Camden, Dunedoo, Cabramatta, Moss Vale, Balgowlah and Charlestown and further afield.
The Open once again featured the father and son duo, Mark and James Hale with 13-year-old James impressing his competitors by taking out the B Grade title and the Allan Meers Memorial Cup 4BBB alongside K Anderson.
