Mr Toole said $73,000 would be made available for upgrades to the amenities building.
"This includes a new kitchen, painting, construction of compliant disability access and improvements to paths and walkways," Mr Toole said.
"It's fantastic to report that the stimulus program will back more improvement works in the region while supporting jobs and local economies.
"Our regional communities will benefit from better showground facilities and stronger infrastructure that can serve generations into the future."
This latest funding follows over $144,000 in upgrade work funded last financial year under the stimulus program at Blayney, Carcoar, Lithgow and Neville showgrounds.
Minister for Water, Housing and Property Melinda Pavey said the COVID-19 stimulus program has now allocated a total of $35.77 million to showground improvement projects across the state.
"We provided $23.27 million last financial year to support upgrades at 152 showgrounds and now a further $12.5 million has been allocated for this financial year to support more work at 76 showgrounds," Minister Pavey said.
"So far the COVID-19 stimulus program has supported over 1,330 jobs on showground projects across the state providing work for tradespeople, suppliers and fabricators, and this further $12.5 million will support more improvements and jobs."
