The 13th annual fundraising event, that was held at the Mudgee Racecourse on March 20 by Cudgegong Cruisers, welcomed 250 people who spent their Saturday checking out 155-odd vehicles of varying makes and models.
Cudgegong Cruisers treasurer John Stuart said the generosity of locals never ceases to amaze with a pretty penny donated on the day.
"We're over $12,500 and we're still getting donations coming in, it'll go past $13,000," John said.
"We can't thank the Mudgee community and our sponsors enough. People were lined up along Church Street to cheer us on, it was great."
Despite this being the one and only Can Cruise event to be held this year, the Cudgegong Cruisers now have their sights set on hosting Motofest in November.
All funds raised from Can Cruise will be donated to the Can Assist - Mudgee and Districts Branch.
