SHE has speed, she can make pressure tags, she's an evasive runner and she's an attacking weapon - the CSU Mungals have certainly acquired a major asset in Brooke Morgan.

The former Trundle talent and Woodbridge Cup representative has joined CSU's ranks for the 2021 Mid-West League league tag competition and she's fast made the fullback role her own.
On Saturday her brilliant 50 metre try off a kick reception was one of the highlights as the Mungals posted a 22-4 win over Kandos at Diggings Oval.
Morgan's speed saw her make huge metres - she racked up a line-break count in double figures - while she also made some excellent tags in defence.
Defence is something Morgan and her fellow Mungals have been working on and it showed. While Kandos enjoyed a number of sets deep in CSU's territory, they did not score until there was a tick over four minutes of the contest remaining.
"They had a lot of possession, on our line especially. Our defence was good, I think that's one of the main things we've been really good at all year - defending our line - we've been working on it at training a lot," CSU coach Jacob Watkin said.
The win over Kandos sees the Mungals remain undefeated so far this season. It took less than a minute for them to take the lead in their latest contest.
Kandos allowed the kick-off to go dead to hand the Mungals possession, they created a two-player overlap and Lily Walsh crossed.
The next try was Morgan's 50 metre effort, seeing the Mungals with a 12-0 lead at quarter-time.
There was no change to that score in the second quarter, but there were still some impressive passages of play.
Kandos' Emma Ashford sliced through the Mungals' defence but was halted via a brilliant diving tag from Morgan. CSU's Bek Giffin also produced a line break, but it did not lead to a try either as she was ruled to have knocked on when grounding the ball.
However, Giffin did get on the scoresheet in the third quarter as she stepped her way over between the sticks after a nice switch in play from halfback Georgia Woodhouse.
Sam Hurst also crossed for the Mungals, some elusive running seeing her find space on the left edge.
With a quarter to the Mungals led 22-0, but Kandos' effort continued and finally they were rewarded with a try.
After forcing a line drop-out Ashford - who was a standout for Kandos - scooted away down the left win to score.
While Kandos tried hard to add another try as they attacked in the final minutes, CSU's defence stood firm. Woodhouse made five consecutive tags in the final set of the match to ice an impressive effort.
CSU MUNGALS 22 (Lily Walsh, Sam Hurst, Bek Giffin, Brooke Morgan; Sam Hurst 2, Amber Hanrahan goals) defeated KANDOS 4 (Emma Ashford)
