Among these facilities is the playspace at the Rylstone Showground.
Council has an opportunity to replace the existing play area with a new inclusive playspace to cater for the needs of Rylstone and surrounds community members.
"We're currently investigating the replacement of the playground with a new inclusive playspace that will cater for everyone," Council General Manager, Brad Cam said.
"The proposed new inclusive playspace will be welcoming, accessible, safe, interesting, and offering a range of physical play opportunities whilst providing opportunities for social connection."
The proposed project will create a playspace that invites all people to participate in a variety of play experiences, in ways that challenge, excite and promote an active and healthy lifestyle.
