A mid-November grand final date is being floated.
But he admits even that is optimistic given the circumstances across Western.
Zamparini said the Group has been in contact with clubs to see if they're in favour of a November decider.
"Clubs haven't played since the middle of August and the two weeks of training will probably not be enough to come into a pretty strong semi-finals. If clubs want to keep going and think that they can get it done then we're behind them 100 per cent," he said.
"It would have been great to have semi-finals in some format to finish the season off but it's certainly not looking good at this point."
The Group 10 Junior League called time on its 2021 seasons on Friday, and the Group 11 juniors in Dubbo did the same last week.
The Central West's other major sporting competitions all earlier this month decided to cancel the remainder of their 2021 premierships.
