Two men have died on the region's roads this week with police confirming the details of two single-vehicle crashes. First, police say at about 10.30pm on Tuesday, 2 November, emergency services were called to the Castlereagh Highway, approximately 1km north west from Dunedoo, following reports a B-Double truck had left the roadway and rolled down an embankment.

The driver, a 69-year-old man, died at the scene.
On the same day, just outside of Rylstone a man died in a single-vehicle crash. The driver, a 54-year-old man, died at the scene.
Emergency services were called to a single-vehicle crash on Bylong Valley Way, about 5km from Rylstone at about 7.20pm on Tuesday according to police.
Initial inquiries suggest the vehicle left the roadway after negotiating a bend and crashed into a tree.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding both crashes is underway and anyone who may have dashcam footage or information is urged to contact police immediately.
In both instances, officers attached to Orana Mid-Western Police District attended and established a crime scene and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crashes were launched. Reports will now be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
