This is what students of Hargraves Public School learnt when they received a visit from Grattai CWA representative Debbie Jordan.
Ms Jordan did a presentation on the Banksia tree plant on behalf of Grattai CWA as the Banksia is their Flora for the next 12 months.
"We contacted the Hargraves School in regards to doing the presentation as we work with the school when doing our international study and each year we try to purchase a tree of the flora that we choose," she said.
The group haven't been able to go to the school for two years due to COVID regulations.
"They normally put on a presentation for us and PowerPoint and then we put on a lunch for them which is made up of meals from the country of study," she said.

The Grattai CWA's flora is chosen by the CWA Agricultural and Environmental Committee who choose the flora, fauna and foe.
For 2022 the flora is the banksia, the fauna is the Australian Bittern and the Foe is the Black Willow.
The students of Hargraves were excited to be gifted the Banksia after the presentation.
"The kids were excited, a couple seemed to know about the tree already and the origins of the Banksia which I think is great," she said.
"It is wonderful for the kids to learn about different plants and trees of Australiana."
Grattai CWA have had another interrupted year due to COVID and have to delay their International Day until March next year.
"We have our Christmas party coming up in two weeks and it is a big year for CWA next year turning 100," Ms Jordan said.
"We have two branches being Mudgee Day and Grattai turning 100 so we have big events planned."
