For one pampered set of paws, life is nothing but a dream.
From waking up in the morning to a fresh plate of crumpets topped with warm butter, to laying in the sun on a daily basis, to going to the beautician twice a week.
Life couldn’t get much better for Lu Lu.
Lu Lu of Floppa’s Automotive has been with her Owner, Melinda Frame for a short six months.
Having been a part of a pigging family for the first year and a half of her life, the change of lifestyle has been a positive change.
She now seems much more comfortable in her current lifestyle.
Lu Lu, first named Lucy, got her name by way of a trademark noise she makes.
“She usually makes a sound that resembles Lu Lu so that is why we changed her name from Lucy to Lu Lu,” Ms Frame said.
The Wolfhound cross Mastiff is often a great talking point for customers as it is not always the case there is a dog on a premises encouraging comfort.
Ms Frame said often customers are cautious of Lu Lu due to her size but always feel more comfortable when they know her character.
“At first customers get nervous because of how big she is but when they realise she is actually really relaxed and lazy, they fall in love with her,” she said.
Lu Lu is all about the customer service at Floppa’s as she is a huge giver of love, and just so happens to love the attention she receives.
She is at work every day and is usually found to be laying in the sun somewhere near the entrance of the business.
For Ms Frame, Lu Lu brings nothing but love and joy to her life and she cannot picture living without her and having her at the office.
“We are all so in love with her.
“I seriously can’t imagine life without her,” she said.
Lu Lu will continue to be door greeter and unofficial mascot at Floppa’s Automotive until the very end.
“She is and will continue to be a part of the furniture. She will be with us forever.”
