Heading over in April next year, the club have began their mission to gain support from the community.
The side has recently partnered up with Blowes Clothing and tour leader Trent Roberston says there's a reason behind the move.
"We were sponsored by Blowes for some work shirts for the boys. We thought if we get them these shirts for fundraising events, people could identify that they were fundraising," Robertson said.
There was also a bit of an idea behind it to say that you actually have to work to get where you want to go.

"We think that with this age group, they're actually in really formative years so we want to show them that if you work hard for something, you can achieve it."
Roberston says with some of the players having been involved in the sport for quite some time, the opportunity will add something else to their sporting experience.
"They've all played rugby since they were five or six so now they get the opportunity to see that rugby is not just in Mudgee, it's a world game," he said.
"For some, it will be their first time out of Australia.
"We try to incorporate cultural experiences in New Zealand so we're actually learning a different way of living and also the social side of the game which is important because you can honestly go anywhere and there will be rugby on the TV, you instantly make friends."
The Batties will be hosting a four ball ambrose on November 3, and all members of the community are encouraged to attend regardless if a part of the rugby club or not.
"The support so far from the community has been fantastic. Even in tough times, the generosity has been amazing," Robertson said.
"It's good for the boys to know that they're supported by their community.
The golf day will be fun, and that's what it's really all about. You don't have to be good even, it's just getting out and about.
The four ball ambrose will be held on November 3, with a 9.30am start at the Mudgee Golf Course. Costs will be $45 per person, or $180 for a team of four.
